How hiring-without-whiteboards is put together
This repository is a community-curated list of companies that avoid whiteboard-style interviews, published entirely as Markdown documentation (README.md, RECOMMENDATIONS.md, CRITERIA.md). There is no application code: the only JavaScript is a placeholder index.js exporting an empty object to satisfy the package.json 'main' field. Quality is enforced via a remark-based lint pipeline configured in package.json's remarkConfig and run through the 'test' npm script against README.md, checking alphabetical ordering, link validity/format, tabs, trailing spaces, and list marker style.
